Refreshing Spring Break

Our family has never taken an OFFICIAL Spring Break Vacation, but this year we decided to pack up and head to the big apple -- New York!!! We had a GREAT time visiting some local sites, pushing our way through the crowds, eating the great food, and shopping ~ of course! We even were able to visit the Museum of Modern Art and took in a show at Radio City Music Hall. We all had an exciting time, and I have to admit the five hour train ride I had been dreading was a fun, relaxing experience.

With that said, "Elle" even took a little break to get re-inspired through the city sites, new spring colors, and spring fashions.  All of which has inspired and revamped us with some blooming new ideas that we can't wait to share with you in the
upcoming weeks. 

We are so excited here at Elle Designs, that even though our new logo is NOT completely finished, we wanted to give you a little sneak peak!

Happy 5th Birthday Bryan!

Elle Designs would like to wish a VERY VERY special Happy Birthday to Bryan. We have worked with Bryan's mom on several previous projects, but when it was time for Bryan's birthday, we knew we had to create something fun and energetic for his 5th birthday to match his bubbly and busy personality.

Bryan's birthday invitation was completed using a one layer 5x7 format with a coordinating envelope. However his special invitations would not have become complete without a little help from our lil' birthday frog with google eyes!

We also put together a special party favor for Bryan as well, which of course included our lil birthday frog!

Cupcake Fever!

I think we officially caught cupcake fever over here at Elle Designs.  However, since we showed off the "adult version" of our cupcake line with "Cocktails and Cupcakes" (see below), we thought it was only proper and right to show the kids version as well. 

Happy Birthday to Makenzie!!!

Elle Designs has been lucky enough to work with Makenzie's Mom on a few Elle exclusive projects, so when she gave us her cupcake theme and told us to design to our hearts were in paper heaven that's exactly what we did.  Makenzie's Birthday invite consisted of our 2 layered 7x7 larger than life design and used a combination of our shimmery paper.  To add the finishing frosting, we added a chipboard glitter cupcake popping off the page, and a coordinating "Boa" envelope.

Cocktails & Cupcakes Come Alive ....

Elle Designs recently created the below invitation for a smashing GIRLS ONLY birthday celebration.  The Birthday Girl gave us the event colors ... black, white, and pink ... and we took care of the rest.

This chic invite uses our layered flat 7x7 size Envelopment's paper, a pop of color we call "Boa" and a great design sitting on top of what could be better than a shimmery display. Last but certainly not least, we sprinkled our Elle Designs touch on top with the perfect size pearls for attention and a lasting impression.
